Drew Grant

 

Drew Grant – CEO
Drew Grant was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Data Builder in 2006 and furnishes leadership, strategic direction, and overall corporate direction. His efforts ensure that Data Builder continues to grow within the marketplace, thereby meeting the diverse requirements of the company’s investors, clients, employees, and other stakeholders.

Drew brings over 25 years of experience in information technology business development to Data Builder. He has held leadership positions at some of the industry’s largest technology companies, including Texas Instruments, J.D. Edwards Software, and Siebel Software. Prior to joining Data Builder, Drew held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at OGM Laboratory, LLC.

A talented and recognized leader, Drew also has over 11 years of business development experience with Federal and State agencies, including Capitol Hill experience for the U.S. Air Forces Research, Development, and Acquisition Division in the Pentagon. His diverse background includes serving on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1981 to 1986.

Drew is a graduate of Military Distinction from the U.S. Air Force Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 1985, he earned a Master of Arts degree in Government and was an international finalist in the Fulbright Scholarship competition.

 

Amir Rahman

Amir Rahman – VP of Software Development
Amir Rahman is Vice President of Software Development at Data Builder, where he drives the strategic development, integration and security controls of the company’s entire product line. Amir is well respected for his innovative problem solving abilities and hands-on leadership style. His extensive background in user interface design and usability principles ensures that products consistently align with customer needs and expectations.

Amir has more that 12 years of diverse experience in complex and dynamic software engineering environments. Most recently, he was Sr. Manager of E-Business and E-Commerce Management at J&P Cycles, the largest aftermarket Harley parts dealer in the world. His prior positions include Team/Project Lead at Principal Financial Group and IT Team Lead at Aviva Capital Management.

Amir earned a BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Coe College in Cedar Rapids and an MBA from the University of Iowa. While his hobbies include traveling the globe, coaching soccer and playing cricket, Amir’s attention is frequently focused on creating efficiency in the operational process. Toward this end, he is working on a book tentatively titled, Efficiency by Segments: Don’t Let the Big Picture Scare You.
